In my current position at South African National Parks (SANParks), I serve as the assistant of Chief Audit Executive, qualified with Bachelor of Administration from University of the Western Cape. The executive operates busy schedules that I carefully arrange on daily basis, and they frequently attend meetings for which I have to prepare the meeting room for it. My experience has led me to develop a skill for anticipating needs in advance and some of the executive Assistant duties may overlap with those of administrative work. I am equipped with technical skills and that is to write Reports for Executive Committee meetings, Board and Audit Risk committee meetings. Scheduling meetings or appointments and sorting meeting rooms. I am able to type proficiency with common digital office tool, including word processing, spreadsheets and calendars. As an Executive assistant communication skill is one of my strong points as I can perform a variety of communication-based tasks, such as writing correspondences and reports, relaying messages to and from staff and advising an executive on certain decisions. I am good problem solver and have ability to analyses a challenge. I am able to use my time efficiently because executive assistants handle large number of tasks and I have to ensure that I complete the tasks in timely manner.
