I am 36 years old, physically and mentally strong male. I can liaise professionally and fluently with excellent etiquette in English, Xhosa and Zulu with different stakeholders. I have computer skills and competent in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. I passed Grade 12 in 2003, attained FET Certificate in Marketing Management in 2013 at MSC Business College and declared competent in Edcon Retail School of Operations in 2013, completed Higher Certificate in Economics and Management Sciences in 2018 at UNISA and still studying B com In Economics I started working for Edcon as a casual in July 2007 at JetMart Flagstaff. I was promoted to work as a Visual Merchandiser (Marketing Representative) at Jet The Fountains Mall in Jeffrey Bay in October 2008. I was transferred to JetMart Oxford Street in East London still as a Visual Merchandiser, responsible for product promotions, layouts and in-store floor plans. In 2012, I was promoted to be the Store Operations Manager in JetMart Cleary Park in PE where I then got promoted to be the Store Manager in Jet Grahamstown, currently responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the management processes. Overseeing Admin department, ensuring career growth of my junior staff, motivating and facilitating Head Office new programs, evaluating and analyzing stock and sales reports to ensure the smoothness of stock ordering process, analyzing profit and loss report to ensure that the budgeting is in line, initiating programs to ensure that all the staff members are productive, crafting programs to minimize the expenses and maximize profitability.
