As a financial advisor I became the top performing advisor in Retail Mass Market space, was a member of the 51 Club God Bar, a member of the Executive Millionaires Club; won several offshore and onshore conventions. As a Sales Manager I managed to turn the branch's viability from 10% to 100% within 6 months. My franchise is one of the stable franchises with a highest advisor retention and I am always above the set target.
