I am very much invested in myself through knowledge and perseverance, I create desktop applications in Visual Studio (C# and VB form applications) and web pages (HTML, CSS and Java Script (started PHP recently)) – I am still learning, through material I collect, be it on the internet or through actual books and endless YouTube tutorials. Due to financial woes and situation at home, I have not yet been able to attain the qualifications that match my knowledge of Programming and of that to give you the employer confidence in my skills. I was fortunate enough to get employment where I’m currently at, Ricoh South Africa, 2 years 3 Months. I’m an onsite engineer for major accounts such as Sanlam, Sanlam Investments, Santam, Glacier Financial Services, however I have not been able to apply my skills in this career as it is more networking than programming, I do however work closely with Print Management Systems and 3rd party companies I.T. Programming is poetry to me, and I starve for the opportunity to lend my time and efforts to be part of a team with a common goal. I also created a program (1 of many) that allows you to sign up and book accommodation and choose various products/services offered by the B&B I once worked at as a Part Time manager whilst I was studying. I never released the program as we struggled to get a server and funding from the B&B owner.
