I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. I believe that my natural Interpersonal, Communication, Teamwork and Language Skills come in handy when dealing face-to-face when dealing with clients. Most recently, I worked as an Guest Relations Officer at a 5 star Hotel. It was an exciting role where my general duty was to help generate quality service to all guests and clients. I grew into this role from a receptionist position, where my duties were more client-facing.
